All existing rights in the Rainbow Adventure World name, visual identity, logo, character family, distinctive artwork, brand presentation and associated goodwill are expressly reserved.

Susu, Yuyu and Dahdah are original characters belonging to the Rainbow Adventure World character family.

No licence or permission is granted to another person or business to:

• Use the Rainbow Adventure World name or a confusingly similar name;
• Copy or imitate its logo, characters, artwork or overall brand identity;
• Register or use a similar domain name, social-media identity or business name in a misleading manner;
• Create products, publications, entertainment or merchandise that appear to be connected with Rainbow Adventure World; or
• Suggest any partnership, endorsement, sponsorship or official association without prior written permission.

The use of the ™ symbol identifies Rainbow Adventure World as a brand. Do not use the ® symbol or describe Rainbow Adventure World as a “registered trade mark” unless and until formal trade-mark registration has been granted.
